History :

Q.I.A.U administrative affairs began its activities in 1990 with the following purposes :
1-To supply human resources & carry out employment regulations
2-To issue administrative personnel regulations
3-To carry out confirmed plans on personnel public welfare
4-To supply Q.I.A.U with necessary equipments
5-Transportation Office & Commuting services
6-To supply & maintain the buildings & installments, equipments, and Guards

Later, the administrative affairs began its activities due to the expansion strategy of Q.I.A.U to reflect the problems of different administrative units such as: personnel office, transportation office, publications, secretariat, Guards, logistics, presence & absence, warehouse, and welfare service..
