MRL Was the Best Team in RoboCup IranOpen 2013.
Below, the final results achieved by different leagues in RoboCup IranOpen 2013 are presented:
Senior DEMO League
RoboRizeh team which is not affiliated to any university gained the first place. Python team from Ferdowsi University and RTQ (a joint team from QIAU and Sciences and Techniques School affiliated to University of Tehran) gained the second and third places, respectively.
RoboCup@Home League
MRL from Qazvin Islamic Azad University achieved the first place. Borg form Netherlands snatched the second place and Strive from China stood the third place.
Humanoid League
MRL team from Qazvin Islamic Azad University gained the first place in Kid-size category.
Parand team from Parand Islamic Azad University gained the first place in Teen category.
YRA from Yazd Islamic Azad University and Behrobot team from Isfahan Islamic Azad University achieved the first places in technical challenge-Kid size and teen, respectively.
A team from Isfahan Islamic Azad University gained the first place in senior league.
Real Rescue League
MRL from Qazvin Islamic Azad University gained the first place and Nutech-R from Japan and Arana from Central Tehran Islamic Azad University jointly achieved the third place. Asema Mashin team from Western Islamic Azad University stood the third place.
MRL from QIAU and YRA from Yazd Azad University were announced as the best autonomous robot and the best object manipulator robot, respectively. Asema-machine from Western Tehran Azad University was announced as the best robot in maneuverability.
Flying Robots League
FSR team from Shiraz Islamic Azad University, ARC team from Amirkabir University of Technology, and MRL team from Qazvin Islamic Azad University gained the first, second, and third place, respectively.
Virtual Rescue League
Yildiz team from Turkey gained the first place.
SPL league
SPQR from Italy, MRL team from Qazvin Islamic Azad University and Dutch-Nao team from Netherlands gained the first, second, and third places, respectively. MRL from QIAU was the best team in Innovation category.
Rescue Simulation League
MRL from Qazvin Islamic Azad University gained the first place and teams from Poseidon from Farzanegan 1 Tehran and S.O.S from Amirkabir University of Technology gained the second and third places, respectively.
Deminer Robots League
Arma gained the first place in manual category. Better Mind team from Mahdishahr Islamic Azad University and Thunderbolt stood the second and third places, respectively.
Autonomous Deminer
Solar team from Pinar Company gained the first place out of 22 teams. G-Engine team from Roodsar Islamic Azad University and Thunderbolt gained the second and third places, respectively.
Deminer Robots-Technical challenge
No team could qualify for the first place in this category. Missiya from Parand Municipality and Passagad from Amirkabir University of Technology gained the second and third places, respectively.
